Schools need to be proactive in reducing bullying in their schools. One big problem school have is hiring speakers who are victims of bullying. Bullying is a symptom of bad behavior and victim stories only focus on 5% of the audience and only 5% of the behavior inside of schools.
At reportbullying.com we focus on the bystander’s behavior in bullying situations. With our full follow behavior program we can now develop better behavior by focusing on all the students’ behavior because everyone is a bystander.
Once bystanders speak up we can help these students who have learned this aggressive behavior.
