I just contacted the mayor of Buffalo and sent him a letter explaining the problem their having with bystanders being complacent. No one will speak up to the police so this bad behavior keeps getting worse.
Our program is the only proactive community program and we hope to have the opportunity to implement it in Buffalo. I'll get back to you if I receive a response.
I would like to hear your thoughts on what needs to be done to stop the violence in Buffalo.
